Please note that in order to complete the form you will need to have your immunization records ready to upload.
Make sure you get your registration confirmation email!
In about 5 minutes you should receive an email from us confirming your registration.
Please ensure you have received the email and mark it as not spam by adding our email to your saved contact list to avoid missing crucial notifications from us about your Program Registration.
Do check your spam folder if you don't receive an email after 10 minutes. If your using G-Mail these emails can sometimes be hidden inside your "Updates" tab

For Checks:
Checks must be post-dated within 1 week to hold your place. Please include the rider's name in memo.
Checks can be made out to "Horses for a Change" and be mailed to:
